PTDS Mom™ Return & Refund Policy

At PTDS Mom™, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
